How to safely wash and maintain your rims:

Keeping your rims clean is essential for a radiant look and maintaining their quality. Today, we will look at the best way to use our Wheel cleaner can be used to make your rims as shiny as possible again!

1. Wheel Cleaner Non-Acid

Ideal for: Regular use and sensitive materials.
The Non-Acid variant is safe to use on all types of rims, including anodized, polished, and painted rims. This cleaner is acid-free and effectively removes brake dust and dirt without damaging the rim.

How to use theWheel Cleaner Non-Acid: Spray the Non-Acid cleaner evenly over the rim and let it soak for a few minutes. After about 3-5 minutes, we always recommend additional Snow Foam or for example our Wash & Wax to apply the wheel cleaner. After applying extra soap that provides additional lubrication, the dirt is removed before you start working with a wheel brush.

Then spray the rim and get to work with the Wheel Brush and our Wash & Wax, let the wheel brush soak well in the bucket of soapy water and then scrub your rims down to the smallest corners.

Because we previously used soap in combination with the Acid-Free Wheel Cleaner, you no longer risk scratches from dirt and can scrub hard with the wheel brush.We always recommend finishing rim by rim!

Then spray off all the foam and behold your "like new looking" rims. The effect of the Non-Acid variant is very powerful and effective, as it removes old dirt down to rubber and tar!

Test always, even with theNon-Acid Rim Cleaner, in a small inconspicuous spot to ensure that there are no chemical reactions between the material and the cleaner, or between the cleaner and chemicals that may be picked up while driving.

Always pay attention:

Cold Rims: Wash your rims always when they are cool to prevent damage from temperature fluctuations. Even your brake discs can warp because of this!

Test First: Test new products always on a small, inconspicuous part of the rim to check for reactions and prevent damage;

Regularity:Regular cleaning prevents the buildup of stubborn dirt and keeps your rims looking good for longer.

Coat Your Rims: Apply a durable coating using ourCeramic-Seal. This is how you protect your rims against heavy dirt and make washing easier for the next time! And that for up to 6+ months!

Prevent Damage: Avoid using metal brushes or harsh sponges that can cause scratches. Opt for soft brushes or microfiber cloths.

Thorough Rinsing:Ensure that all residues of the cleaner are thoroughly rinsed off to prevent corrosion or damage.

Work per Rim:Complete one rim at a time, so the cleaner does not stay on the rim for too long and cause damage.

Our Acid-Free Wheel Cleaner is very pleasant to use. Thanks to its excellent performance in loosening and removing all dirt, our cleaner is also sustainable. Spray 5-6 times on the wheel and you already have more than enough product to remove the dirt! Spray well into the corners to also remove the stubborn dirt.
