You have the option to return the product within 14 days, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. We  charge return costs for returning the products.

We follow the legal standards when it comes to returns. Consult with us before returning a package, we only accept packages after written consultation and confirmation. Of course we always ensure that returns are properly resolved.
As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day trial period on the basis of the Distance Selling Act. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your product to view and test the product as necessary to determine whether the product meets your expectations. It is not allowed to damage the product. Within these 14 days you have the right to return the product and to receive a refund of the purchase amount.
Shipping and return costs are for the consumer unless explicitly agreed otherwise with .
If we find damage, return can be refused or the damage will be deducted from the purchase price.

Shipping:

We will send your package as soon as possible after payment. The delivery time can differ with each brand and whether stock is kept. The relevant delivery time is also stated for each product under the: Additional Information -> if it is in stock!

We use the shipping services with GLS. Note that this can be changed if neccesary.

When ordering outside of The-Netherlands the order could take some more time to it.
Attention!: the stock may differ than indicated.

By brands:

Ilmberger CarbonParts: almost all parts in the catalog are kept in stock by Ilmberger, so the delivery time is between 4 and 6 working days, depending on the day on which the order is placed. If an item is not in stock at the factory, the delivery time is on average 5 to 6 weeks. If you want to be sure that the part you are about to order will be delivered on time, we will be happy to request this from the factory for you.

CNC Racing: we strive for a large stock of CNC Racing, we have the most common items available from stock in sufficient quantity. If in stock, the delivery time is 1 working day, if not in stock, a delivery time of approx. 1.5 weeks on.
